01
Getting Started
What are the training requirements?
- You must schedule and complete an assessment before training — no drop-ins.
- Sessions must be purchased before signing up for group sessions.
What is the process?
Receiving an assessment is the first step — we require one before you can enter any of our training programs. After we process the assessment, we create a training plan for the individual and recommend a training option.
Which assessment is right for me?
Virtual Assessment — $75. Reserved for online/hybrid members; inquire for more information.
Partial Assessment — $150 · 30 minutes. Recommended for lifestyle members looking to improve daily life, health and longevity, and for youth athletes ages 9–11. Includes a partial screening of injury history and performance measurements — postural evaluation, joint range of motion, and squat and lunge mechanics — plus a PDF report and an individual baseline.
Full Biomechanics Assessment — $300 · 45–60 minutes. Recommended for serious athletes 12+ wanting to improve performance. A full screening including injury history, postural evaluation, joint range of motion, movement competency and pattern screens, body composition, broad jump, vertical jump and a laser-timed 10-yard sprint — with photos of every measurement, a full PDF report, and a program built from the results.
02
Programs
What is semi-private training?
Training is conducted in a personal-training environment with group sizes no larger than 6 athletes/clients. This allows for extremely high-quality training alongside others, creating accountability and community. The exceptions are our Youth Athletic Performance Groups and Team Training formats, which focus more on overall athletic development than individual development.
What do Semi-Private Athletic Performance Groups (12+) include?
Programs are tailored to each athlete’s specific goals and needs. Most include a strength component, a mobility component and a movement component (speed, power, change of direction) — but the distribution varies by athlete.
What do Youth Athletic Performance Groups (9–11) include?
Programs are tailored to the growth and development of youth athletes. We establish an athletic foundation they can build on as they come of age and prepare for the more sport- and movement-specific training in our semi-private groups. Programs include strength, mobility and movement components, distributed based on the athletes.
When do athletes get new training phases?
Typically we progress to the next phase after 4 weeks (minimum of 8 completed/recorded workouts). Off-season vs. in-season can also affect timing. Athletes who are consistent and complete assigned workouts independently usually receive a new program every 4 weeks; athletes who come in only a few times a month will stay on a program longer due to limited exposure.
What type of athletes get the best results?
Athletes who keep working on their own outside our sessions and are the most consistent see the best results. Development is a process and is rarely achieved through once-a-week training alone. Consistency is key.
Do athletes have remote access to their programs?
Yes. We use the Activ8 Performance app (iOS and Android) to load workouts, track progress and let athletes complete workouts remotely between in-person sessions.

Pricing & Billing
What are the Training Tiers?
- Performance Athlete — $400 per 4 weeks · 6 sessions
- Premier Athlete — $450 per 4 weeks · 8 sessions
- Elite Athlete — $500 per 4 weeks · 10 sessions
- Single session — $75 (with purchase of membership)
Pricing shown is for semi-private training.
How does billing work?
Each Training Tier includes 4 weeks of training and is billed every 4 weeks to the card on file. Each package includes a set number of sessions you can use as needed within that 4-week period.
For example, the Performance Athlete Tier includes 6 sessions — you could average about 2 per week, but if you use all your sessions before the next billing cycle, you’ll purchase single sessions until your membership renews and you receive a new set. The 4-week period aligns with how we program each workout phase.
How is team, adult and corporate training priced?
Team Training, Adult & Professional programs and Corporate Wellness are priced to each program. Contact us for pricing.
04
Discounts
I have more than one child — is there a sibling discount?
Yes. We offer a 20% discount on services for siblings’ accounts.
Is there a referral bonus?
- 10% off your next month’s training package for each referred athlete who signs up (pays) for monthly training.
- Unlimited referrals — and they can be stacked.
